Couldn't resist a quick blog on the gorgeous new Alice Temperley range at John Lewis. I'm a bit fan of when high street stores "get the designers in" and think they're a great place to pick up gorgeous designer pieces at great prices.
First of all a quick apology - so you can see what the clothes look like on a normal person i decided to try a few outfits on when i was make up shopping on Monday but did no prior planning so unfortunately the photos are poor quality (iphone) and i'm wearing a very visible red spotty bra :)
Here are my fave pics from the collection...
This is my fave piece from the collection (and on my wish list for my birthday) and feels so nice on. The little gold glints in it make it perfect for the festive season. Also at £69 it's one of the cheapest items from the collection and is available here...
Second fave outfit and i have no idea why it's not on the website was this stunning dress. This dress was £160 and i really really want it! It's super girly and feels beautiful material.
This dress is probably a little bit too old for me but i adored the colour so couldn't resist trying it on. It's also way longer on me than it is on the model (i'm only 5'3). I would love this dress for workwear but don't think i could justify spending £99 on a dress for work. It's available here.
Finally and massive bra apologies is this shirt, once again i think this is more suited to someone older than me but the material is lovely and i love the way they've dressed it with a leather skirt on the website as feel it makes the shirt look younger. The shirt is £89 so i think very expensive and available here
Has anyone purchased anything from this range? xxx
