Inika Mineral Eye Shadow

I picked up an Inika Mineral Eye Shadow the other day after reading lots of different positive reviews on the company.

Im a big fan of everything the company stands for and as it states on the website all products have been awarded one of the highest safety ratings in the world by the EWG (Environmental Working Group) and is committed to maintaining our Certified Organic, Halal, Cruelty Free and Vegan status.

You can read more about the company here.

I have a lot of day to day eye shadows in neutral browns, creams and goldy shades and for going out i tend to stick to gold or greeny colours so thought i would try something different.

I purchased the gun metal grey colour which retails for £14.50 this is obviously in the higher end of the price scale but an eye shadow but i was very very impressed with the product.

As you can see the shadow has a very luxurious look and is the perfect sort of product for creating a smokey eye.

To create a smokey eyes look i also used Mac Powerpoint eye pencil in black which you can buy here for £14-00, Benefit Miss Popularity (they no longer make this, but you can buy this off Amazon still here) for just £6-00. The Mascara i am using is a Cargo Cosemetic one which retails at around £20-00 but Boots have actually now stopped selling it. Which created the below look.

Will defo be trying out another Inika Eyeshadow when i feel i want to fork out on another high end eye shadow :)

Thanks for reading
