Birthday in Budapest :)

Hello lovelies,

Sorry for the lack of posting i've been away in Budapest with my boyfriend celebrating my birthday.

First of all here's a picture of my present haul!!!
Not too bad if i do say so myself!

Also a hot tip anyone flying with jet2 soon save your pennies as they are selling the Urban Decay Naked palette for just £21!! Literally couldn't believe this bargain, no more Mua Undressed for me :)

My brother also got me a fab case for all my make up which i was overly excited about :)

So here are a few photos from Budapest...

Budapest is a beautiful city and i can not recommend it more to people, it's also very very good value for a European capital and you can pick up a bottle of beer for around 75p!!

How's everyone elses weekend's been?

Best & Worse: Emmys 2012

Quick thing to begin found an amazing giveaway here which is well worth you all entering.

http://adorebellerose.blogspot.co.uk/2012/08/300-followers-big-giveaway-international.html

I bloody love award ceremonies and have done since before i can remember. In fact as a seven year old child i used to sit with a score sheet watching the Oscars ranking my fave dresses.

Here is my favorite and least favorite looks from this years Emmys.

Best
January Jones in Zac Posen Emmy Awards 2012
January Jones looks absolutely stunning in this Gothic Zac Posen black number. I know a lot of people are not loving this look but it was definitely my fave look. It's so hard to get the Goth trend right (think Gwenie's hideous 2002 Oscar dress) but i'm totally in love with this look.
Gweneth Paltrow in Alexander Mcqueen Oscars 2002

Worst
Julianne Moore in Dior Emmy Awards 2012
Ok so there is nothing worse than seeing a woman of a certain age letting it all hang out but this Christian Dior dress literally covers everything and ends up making Julianne looks like a giant canary. I'm actually a pretty big fan of yellow on the red carpet and loved Michelle William's 2006 Oscar dress but feel this is the wrong yellow and there is definitely too much of it.
